If it turns out not to suit you and you wish to cancel your booked appointment, you can let us know by email or phone.

If for any reason you are unable to make it to the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in advance. Since rescheduling takes time, cancellations / time changes are free of charge if made at least 48 hours before the booked appointment (by email or phone), taking our opening hours into account.
